I Love what I do even after so many years of doing it and I'm told it really shows!  To perform my very best for my clients is second nature although the thrill of achieving the ultimate goal for my clients has never grown old.  Recognized as being Top 1% in the Nation and Top 5% worldwide in Sales for Coldwell Banker Realty is a testament of being good at what I love doing and excelling in helping clients make their dreams come true in my capacity.  Having owned my own real estate company, and managing for other real estate firms, I have extensive knowledge of the sales process, strategies, marketing and all that goes into performing at the highest level for my clients which is very fulfilling to me and very beneficial for my clients.

I am the team Leader of "the Odalys Sales Team of Coldwell Banker Realty" with a great number of agents on my team although I personally take care of each and every client that I have. I love to teach my team members all about top marketing practices that I have employed for years gaining me a phenomenal sales record and a loyal client following spanning over 3 decades.  Strategic negotiations and the desire to win for our clients is what it is all about for me!
